2.1 Services to be Provided The successful proposer will furnish all equipment, materials, labor, engineering, design, installation, and testing services required to deliver a complete, fully operational, and County-approved video surveillance and building access control system. The system shall be secure, cloud-connected, and designed for integration across all specified facilities. 2.2 System Design and Equipment The proposer shall include and install all necessary components, including but not limited to: • Wall-mounted enclosures for electronic equipment; • EMT conduit for exposed cabling; • Card access door hardware and power supplies; • Hardened network switches and surge protectors; • Camera poles and mounting equipment; and, • Connectivity to the County’s existing cellular network. Camera Requirements • Cameras must be suitable for both day and night operation. • Cameras must be tamper-resistant and weather-rated for outdoor use. • The proposer shall recommend appropriate camera types (e.g., dome, mini-dome, multi-sensor, panoramic, dual-sensor) for each location. • The proposer shall determine optimal camera placement to ensure adequate coverage of all required areas. Connectivity The system design must ensure full connectivity for all cameras and access control devices and support continuous data transmissions across all locations
