Task 1: Interim Cost-Benefit Analysis of Select WSEC-R and WSEC-C Proposals Review and correlate cost-benefit analysis provided by the proponents and used by the SBCC staff for the preliminary cost-benefit analysis. This includes: Review submitted data in proposals. Supplement and revise, as needed, cost-benefit analysis of the proposals with energy and cost impacts. Review/revisit Life-Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA) per state protocols. Use alternative methods if necessary for providing better analysis. Incorporate key changes deemed necessary during the adoption process. (SBCC staff will deliver impactful comments received during the public comment period for possible integration into the analysis.) Scope of analysis is limited to the commercial and residential code proposals listed below in Table 1 and Table 2. Provide interim summary memo of results for internal review by Workgroup on Economic Impact (WEI) and SBCC members. Task 2: Complete Final Cost-Benefit Analysis Report of Select WSEC-R and WSEC-C Proposals Use the interim cost-benefit analysis and incorporate any necessary changes due to any minor modifications to the proposals by the SBCC. Prepare final report summarizing findings and any updated analysis to be submitted to the SBCC. Exclusions In the event of substantial changes arising from modifications to code proposals, the Contractor shall submit a separate written proposal and budget – not to exceed the total contract price – to reevaluate the cost-benefit analysis and update it with revised measures. Any such proposal shall only be adopted upon mutual agreement of the parties and executed through a written amendment to this Contract.
