The Teachers’ Retirement System of the State of Illinois (the System or TRS) is requesting quotations for Audit Management Software. The objective of this Request for Quotation is to solicit and gather competitive pricing and terms from qualified suppliers which may result in a contract to provide Audit Management Software to the Teachers’ Retirement System. Quotes should include implementation costs as well as software, maintenance and support per year for a three-year contract period. The proposed solution is intended to automate audit processes including, but not limited to, electronic workpapers, reporting, issue tracking, risk assessment, data analytics, and a document library. Users for the solution will be 5-6 members of internal audit with the potential for an additional 10 users from employer services.
