30.1. Vendor shall supply all labor, tools, materials, equipment and permits as necessary and required to perform services as described herein. 30.2. The Vendor must be licensed to work in the State of New Hampshire, have a minimum of Five (5) years’ verifiable training experience in information technology and able to provide the certificates as applicable. 30.3. WEB-BASED TRAINING: 30.4. Vendor may offer Web-Classroom or Web-Remote training. Web-Classroom training shall be defined as classroom interactive with web feed to enable students to interact with instructors. Web-Remote training shall be defined as 'self-study'- individual training without interactive link. 30.5. Minimum Requirements: 30.6. Vendor will need to meet WCAG2.1 Standards 30.7. Training must be delivered live by an experienced instructor using a virtual conferencing platform (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex). 30.8. Sessions must allow for real-time interaction between instructor and participants, including Q&A, discussions, and collaborative activities. 30.9. The platform must support features such as screen sharing, breakout rooms, chat, and polling. 30.10. Digital training materials must be provided to all participants in advance. 30.11. Sessions must be scheduled in advance and include clear start/end times. 30.12. Technical support must be available to assist participants with access or connectivity issues. 30.13. Attendance tracking and post-session evaluations must be included.
