BI-JA-512-CMR - Hartford Correctional Center (CC) HVAC Implementation, 177 Weston Street, Hartford, CT 06120. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced Construction Manager to provide the following type of services in support of the above -reference Project. The facility is a level 4, high-security urban jail, built in 1977 and renovated in the early 2000’s, which holds primarily pretrial offenders and serves superior courts in Bristol, Enfield, Hartford, Manchester, Middletown, New Britain, Rockville and West Hartford. The scope of work includes upgrades to the current air conditioning systems and electrical upgrades to the East, Center, and West block housing units, stockroom, kitchen, and laundry room.
