This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the requirements for the interior painting of the upstairs and downstairs hallways, as well as eight (8) student restrooms, in the Livingston Hall building at Oconee Fall Line Technical College, located at 560 Pinehill Road in Dublin, GA. The project includes surface preparation, wall repairs as needed, special preparation for epoxy-painted surfaces in the restrooms to ensure proper adhesion, and application of paint using Sherwin Williams or approved comparable products. All approved paint and primer used in this project must be in original manufacturer containers and remain for the duration of the project. The goal is to refresh the appearances of these areas, ensure durability, and maintain a clean, professional environment suitable for an educational facility. The work will cover all hallway walls. For the restrooms, the work will only include existing epoxy walls. This SOW issubject to final approval by Oconee Fall Line Technical College. 2. Objectives • Prepare and repair hallway wallsto achieve a smooth, even surface. • For restrooms, perform specialized preparation on existing epoxy- painted surfaces to promote adhesion of new paint. • Apply high-quality Sherwin Williams or comparable paint to enhance aesthetics and provide long-lasting protection, with consideration for high-traffic and high-moisture areas. • Minimize disruption to college operations, with work scheduled during off-peak hours if possible • Comply with all applicable safety standards, building codes, and environmental regulations.
