A. TENT RENTAL AND EQUIPMENT SERVICES The Contractor shall provide tent equipment, set up, and breakdown services for Capitol Modern: The Hawai‘i State Art Museum. The Contractor shall also provide other event equipment rental, set up, and breakdown services for items such as chairs, staging, additional tents, or other such kinds of equipment if they are available. Items and services requested outside of the contract terms shall be billed to the SFCA at cost. B. NECESSARY EQUIPMENT The Contractor shall provide a solid white 30' x 60' tent or acceptable equivalent for its second floor grand lanai event space. Lighting must be included in the tent and primarily installed near the center or along the perimeter of the tent if available. C. COLLECTION OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT The Contractor will coordinate the transportation, delivery, and collection of all equipment rentals. D. STORAGE OF RENTAL EQUIPMENT The Contractor will have access to limited storage space available at Capitol Modern: The Hawai‘i State Art Museum provided that the objects or equipment being stored are small and can fit within a 5' x 5' area. There is no storage available for tent poles or similar large items at the museum.
