The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (SCDJJ) is seeking bids from qualified Contractors to facilitate the removal the existing outdoor Trane 15 ton split system heat pump located at the gymnasium building for Generations Group Home in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. The existing system was manufactured in 2005 and has three phase power (3ph). The Contractor may need to utilize a lift system, provided by the Contractor, for the removal and replacement of the existing system. The replacement unit does not need to be of the same brand, but must be a new unit of equivalent capacity, efficiency, and functionality, and must be compatible with the existing infrastructure or include any necessary modifications to ensure full operational integration.
