A. Design Services The selected firm(s) will provide professional engineering and/or architectural design related services, which may include, but are not limited to: 1. Architectural design, planning, and programming 2. Building design 3. Landscape design 4. Feasibility studies and space utilization analysis 5. Facility condition assessments and modernization planning 6. Site design and ADA accessibility improvements 7. Cost estimating and value engineering 8. Construction document preparation and specification writing 9. Bidding and procurement support 10. Construction administration and project management 11. Transit and federally funded project design services compliant with FTA and FHWA requirements 12. Coordination with structural, MEP, civil, and other design disciplines All services shall be performed in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Brooks Act, 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), and FTA Circular 4220.1F.
