Contractor must be able to perform work as needed by the District and complete all projects in a timely manner. Contractor must adhere strictly to the pricing provided in this bid. Contractor must perform all necessary prep work (scraping, cleaning, etc.) prior to painting per attached Sherwin-Williams Basic Surface Preparation guidelines. Contractor must apply one coat of primer and two coats of paint. Contractor must contact the Director of Buildings & Grounds after applying the first coat of paint for inspection before applying the second coat. Contractor is responsible for cleanup upon project completion. Contractor must provide and maintain all tools, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the work. Contractor must provide proof of insurance with the bid or opt to sign a Hold Harmless Agreement. Contractor must be willing to provide services at all district schools and administrative offices.
