The Authority seeks a firm to assist with strategy and management for the Next Move NY initiative, assisting with an advertising campaign to include design and media purchasing management in both traditional and social media, assistance with email marketing, and assistance with any needed website work. There are two target audiences: (1) the transitioning Soldiers, spouses and veterans, and (2) the companies seeking employees. The selected firm will assist the Authority in providing targeted marketing to maximize use of Next Move NY services to keep transitioning Soldiers, spouses and veterns living and working in the North Country and New York State. While the contract for services will be for one-year, the firm shall provide pricing for 4 optional 1-year contract extensions.
