1. The KRC is to be designed to relay local, intrastate, interstate and international calls that originate or terminate in Kansas. The KRC service shall be available 24 hours per day, every day of the year. No restrictions shall be placed on the length or number of calls placed by customers through the KRC. 2. The Bidder shall adhere to all minimum standards and regulations relating to TRS found in 47 C.F.R. § 64.601 through 64.636 3. In addition, the Bidder must: a. Describe what speed of answer results the Bidder will maintain. In measuring speed of answer, all calls answered by a CA must be included. b. Describe what blockage rates are anticipated into the Bidder’s call center equipment. c. Describe how both speed of answer and blockage rates will be monitored.
