The system must complete with columns, computer, installation, power supply, software package and a five (5) year maintenance agreement. New instrumentation and software must not require a full validation or new standard operating procedures. Instrumentation and software that is consistent with the Iowa DCI Labs current validated methods, requiring only a partial validation to get the instrument online. Must be compatible with existing system to be considered. The system must: o Have StepWave ion transfer optics o Utilize two high resolution, high stability quadrupole analyzers o Have a T-Wave collision cell enabled for optimal MS/MS performance o Offer a low noise, off axis, long life photomultiplier detector o Utilize software with a HUB design and apps that provide a consistent connected user experience across all applications. o Have a Z-spray ion source o Be capable of rapid ionization mode switching for polarity o Have an atmospheric pressure ionization source o Utilize MaxPeak High Performance Surfaces (HPS) technology
