Training for CSCD staff, as required. DEVICE TYPE AND FUNCTIONALITY 1. Device must be one-piece and wearable, with a low-profile, ergonomic design. 2. Device must be water and impact resistant. 3. Device must be of tamper-resistant design. 4. Device must utilize multi-constellation satellite technology and provide optimal location accuracy under normal outdoor conditions – GPS ONLY. 5. Device must have a passive or hybrid mode – GPS ONLY. 6. Device should utilize cellular connectivity capable of operating on 4G LTE networks, with automatic fallback to 3G where available – GPS ONLY.
