• Hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, • Determine the appropriate storm drainage improvement(s), • Provide accurate project cost estimates and project schedules, • Obtain all necessary state and federal permits, • Work with Cary staff and property owners to identify and obtain all necessary easements, provide plats suitable for recording and aid the Town’s real estate staff during property acquisition work, • Design proposed storm drainage improvement(s), • Assemble all bid documents, Construction Administration • Bid project and make recommendations for contractor selection, Construction Administration • Provide construction oversight/administration services, Construction Administration • Manage project to its completion, including Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI). • Provide Geographic Information System (GIS) electronic on an as needed basis for specified projects.
