The piscicide listed below is what TWRA requires to be used. However, TWRA reserves the right to update the piscicides list if unknown circumstances appears or if vendor recommends a better piscicides to apply and TWRA agrees. a. Vendor will provide the piscicide in volume necessary for recommended treatment to renovate the remaining volumes of water in each lake. b. Follow all directions and guidelines related to the handling of the chemicals. c. Rotenone applied at a minimum 1 gallon of 5% Rotenone per acre foot of water to achieve concentrations of 2.0 to 4.0 mg/L 2. Each lake has been drained, but water levels will vary depending on recent precipitation and individual pond contours and bottom composition. Vendor will need to estimate remaining volume to be treated. 3. Contractor shall be able to use boats, drones, or possibly ATV/UTVs. 4. The total acreage shall depend on recent precipitation and effectiveness of available water control structures. 5. Contractor shall measure volume of water remaining to accurately determine appropriate treatment rates of Rotenone.
