Johnson County is investigating potential vendors to provide Constituent Relationship Management software solutions at an enterprise level. Potential new software solutions will need to be able to support the over 30 departments and agencies, 52 offices, 11 call centers, and over 4000 employees that comprise Johnson County government, as well as integrate with a variety of existing Constituent Relationship Management systems and solutions. Constituents will need to be able to submit requests through a variety of channels and the requests will need to reach the appropriate departments, agencies, and offices (DAO) within the County. The County is interested in solutions that allow efficient delegation of tasks, provide ease of use for constituents and staff, track communications and contact information, report data for business insights, and provide many avenues of contacting the appropriate DAO within Johnson County.
