Proposed scope of work includes construc2ng a new asphalt shingle roof assembly, including possible replacement of mul2ple trusses. All exis2ng siding, soffit, and fascia will be replaced with Hardie board. All windows and doors are to be replaced with vinyl and hollow core metal respec2vely. New interior finishes are proposed to be installed including bathroom 2le and drywall repair or replacement on ceilings and walls. New plumbing fixtures and electrical fixtures shall be installed. All building u2lity services are assumed to be opera2onal. A possible conversion of two exis2ng two-fixture restrooms to mul2ple single stall ADA restrooms is also being considered. Football Tower Replace an exis2ng 450 square foot scoring tower with a similar two-story climate-controlled building.
