The work shall include the trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 1,150 L.F. of existing 8” cast iron watermain using a Class IV structural Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) liner between West Avenue and IL-83 in the City of Elmhurst. The work shall also include access pit excavation and shoring, existing watermain cleaning and CCTV inspection, pressure testing and disinfection of the lined main, and final site restoration. Additionally, the awarded Contractor will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of traffic control measures, obtaining railroad flagging services for work near the Union Pacific railroad right-of-way, and all other appurtenant work and materials required to complete the construction of the City of Elmhurst 2026 Elmhurst Watermain CIPP, Project 25-33, in DuPage County, Illinois.
