Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Grand River Solutions will provide an embedded ADA/504 Coordinator who will: - Serve as the university's compliance officer for ADA/504 matters. - Conduct a full review of current policies and procedures. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures. - Lead digital accessibility compliance efforts in collaboration with the Web Access Team. - Provide training to faculty, staff, and administrators. - Conduct a physical accessibility audit and develop an ADA Transition Plan. - Review past accommodation cases to improve documentation and outcomes.
