Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.. The Agency hereby provides notice that it intends to enter into a sole source contract per S.C. Code Ann. §11-35-1560 with Vendor for the following supplies, services, information technology, or construction: Control Management, Inc, will provide: - Integration of CEP3 controls with existing Siemens Apogee/Desigo systems. - Controls for new hot water and chilled water air handling units (AHUs), VFD-controlled pumps, cooling towers, chillers, isolation valves, sensors, and refrigerant monitoring systems. - Siemens Electro-Cell condenser water filtration system. -All labor for engineering, project management, installation, startup, testing, and balancing. - Updated graphics and software integration within the existing Siemens platform. - Payment and performance bond. -A detailed quote including part numbers, quantities, pricing, shipping, and taxes.
