Project consists of: 1. General: Construction of a new 3300 square foot building on existing partially cleared site. 2. Building: The structure is a pre-engineered metal building system including metal roof, walls, and soffit panels. Exterior openings include aluminum store entrance and punched windows, metal door and frames, and coiling door. Interior components consist of nonloading metal studs, gypsum board, flush wood doors, architectural cabinets, suspended acoustical ceilings, floor finishes and paintings. Plumbing system for accessible toilets and lavatories; complete HVAC system, electrical system including fire alarm, low voltage components, and emergency power generator. 3. Site: Minor site clearing and demolition, site grading and structural building fill, concrete and asphaltic pavements, concrete walks, and planting and grassing
