Engineering services and preparation of contract documents in advance of construction for Phase II of the Downtown Pedestrian Safety Improvement Project. The scope includes, but is not limited to, the development of: • Civil Plans • Pavement Marking and Signing Plans • Flatwork Details • Traffic Control Plans • Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plans • Stormwater Plans • Onsite Survey • Private Utility Investigation (SUE Level B) and Coordination • Specifications & Project Special Provisions (PSP) • Construction Cost Estimate and Bid Schedule • CE&I Advertisement Documentation (in preparation for Construction Management) • Limited Construction Administration Services; The final construction package will include signed and sealed survey documents, existing conditions plans, tree protection plan (as applicable), site plans, and all relevant standard detail sheets & general notes necessary to support construction. No easements or real estate acquisition is expected to be required for this design & construction project.
