Duties include, but are not limited to: Director Duties: Provides medical direction and administration including, but not limited to, developing clinical practice guidelines and standing orders. Supervising staff. Performing quality assurance activities. Participating in medical care meetings. Establish positive relationships with local medical community and attends local medical society functions as required. Physician Duties: Reviews and audits documentation of the medical record to assure accuracy and legibility on the medical record. Performing as a member of the medical team. Position Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Skill in providing excellent customer service and support; organizing and prioritizing workload and; excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to interact effectively and professionally with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, education, racial, ethnic and professional backgrounds. Ability to work effectively with managers, co-workers, members of the public and professional groups.
