System approved for use would need to have or develop a future capability to integrate with the TotalVote (TV) Statewide Voter Registration and Election Management System (VREMS) to ensure maximum voter transparency and ease of use. Software solution must have both a customer facing portal and a NV SOS and county tools or dashboards to provide adequate research, voter assistance and reporting capabilities to be utilized by NV SOS and the Nevada County Clerk/Registrar’s throughout the state. The customer facing portal must allow a voter to Sign up for Messaging services Provide their relevant registration information so their record can be identified and linked to the request Provide them with the option to select their preferred method of receiving messages (phone message, text/SMS, or email)
