The selected company will provide full execution of the construction phase of this project, including but not limited to: - Needs assessment with stakeholders - Site and facility evaluation - Design development and construction documentation in conjunction with Landmark Architect’s - Code compliance and permit assistance - Coordination with County Leadership and Landmark Architect’s during preconstruction - Execution of construction phase of project - Construction administration and project close-out support II. PHASE I TO PHASE II This is a request for qualifications. This RFQ is to narrow down to a short-list of qualified companies for Phase II, which will then be sent an official Request for Proposal (RFP). General information regarding the expectations for the company’s services is requested as part of this Request for Qualifications.
