The County of Camden is requesting the following professional substance use disorder services for the Camden County Department of Health and Human Services on behalf of the Camden County Addiction Awareness Task Force, for the Operation SAL (Save-A-Life) Program. Applicants shall utilize evidence-based education, prevention, and treatment programs in accordance with ASAM criteria and DMHAS regulations. Assessments and treatments must be linked, and outcome based, with reference to and/ or use of standardized tools such as the Addiction Severity Index (ASI). Individuals delivered services through the Operation SAL funds are to be residents of the County of Camden. Technical Assistance OMHA will offer consultation, monitoring, and data evaluation to improve service delivery. Required Meeting Attendance Awardees are required to designate a representative to attend the following: • PACADA: Quarterly meetings. • OMHA Professional Development Trainings: when schedules permit. • Overdoes Fatality Review Team (OFRT) – participation is strongly encouraged.
