L The successful applicant shall serve in an advisory capacity to the Millburn Township Committee and Business Administrator to render legal consultation and advice on matters submitted for review, study, recommendation or comment. The applicant shall be able to handle and the following services: Any experience or knowledge of matters directly affecting the Township should be addressed. A. GENERAL CRITERIA: Applicant shall have Experience and Knowledge of: i. Environmental laws, rules and regulations ii. Environmental reporting, requirements and compliance with the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) and the Industrial Site Recovery Act iii. Knowledge and ability to work on matters related to Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) iv. Knowledge and ability to work on matters related to the New Jersey Spill and Compensation Control Act (“Spill Act”) v. The capacity and ability to assist the Township in other complex related environmental matters including land use, property acquisition and environmental liability
