Water System Improvements - 2025. The Work for this Project includes electrical, mechanical piping, fencing, chlorination, grading, site work, 6-inch and 8-inch water mains, a fire hydrant, building improvements, a packaged booster pump system, an emergency backup generator, retaining walls, fencing, water meter replacement (including new water meters, meter boxes, meter setters, and an automated meter reading system), and surface restoration; along with other miscellaneous Work to complete the Project. The Work may include additive alternates for replacement of additional water meter boxes and roadway improvements to the Owner’s reservoir tank (including grading and earthwork, geotextile, and gravel surfacing).
