This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step of a two phase bidding process. The work for the Oak Street PFAS Water Treatment Upgrades consists of constructing a new 1.58 MGD WTP building for PFAS removal at the existing Oak Street site at 11 Lamson Road. The work includes but is not limited to a new 5,376 SF building with masonry walls, precast columns, precast plank roof, process piping, process equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation and SCADA, associated site work, and an approximately 450 SF existing facility building addition for chemical feed system improvements. The work shall be substantially completed within 550 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. Construction is expected to begin Spring 2026.
