Negotiations/Labor/Personnel Services to be Provided: A. Serve as Chief Negotiator for the Board with the district's Washington Township Education Association and Washington Township Schools Support Staff Personnel Association B. Advise the board in all matters pertaining to collective bargaining and labor relations. 1. Advise on proposed contract language and bargaining proposals. 2. Develop possible salary guides in accordance with Board guidelines. 3. Prepare final contract documents upon settlement and ratification of tentative agreements. 4. Represent the Board in all arbitrations, administrative proceedings, court proceedings, etc. involving labor relations. 5. Knowledgeable and experienced in 18A et seq. with respect to public school employees. 6. Proficient in the New Jersey Employer-Employee Relations Act. 7.
