Work generally includes construction of an addition to the existing Hillsboro WTP with poured-in-place concrete substructure and precast concrete superstructure with metal truss beam-supported roof system; fully adhered membrane roofing system; procurement and installation of two (2) 4-cell horizontal pressure filters; four (4) pre-membrane cartridge pressure filter vessels, two (2) per reverse osmosis (RO) membrane skid; two (2) RO feedwater pumps, one (1) per RO skid; two (2) RO membrane skids and associated RO membranes; RO clean-in-place and flush systems; procurement, delivery, and installation of two (2) pre-negotiated degasifiers and associated blowers; chemical storage and feed systems; six (6) vertical turbine pumps consisting of four (4) high service pumps, one (1) filter backwash pump, and one (1) house water supply pump; one (1) filter backwash blower system; interior process piping, valves, flow meters, and associated appurtenances; site piping; residuals infiltration pond and pond outfall structure; concrete site paving; asphalt and gravel site access roadways; and site landscape grading and seeding.
