• Develop for the Authority 100 percent design drawings and technical specifications for the SRO driveway and parking lot expansion and improvements, and certify that plan sets for improvements comply with the City of Huntsville’s drainage and construction standards, as well as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); • Develop an estimate of probable construction costs; • Identify, acquire, and submit all necessary permits and approvals required for design approval and construction. Provide hard copy, if necessary, in addition to electronic copies to the Authority, upon design completion, and as requested during design. Electronic copies should be in the native format (AutoCAD DWG) along with PDF packages and should contain all corresponding references, databases, or files associated with the completed design documents; and • Assist with development of solicitation documents to procure the construction contractor for the improvements.
