ITEM 1 - MOBILIZATION, DEMOBILIZATION & GENERAL CONDITIONS For general conditions, including but not limited to mobilization and demobilization, bonds and insurances, supervision, temporary facilities, surveyor, project coordination meetings, and daily and final cleaning, in accordance with the specified work at Plant No. 7. Contractor shall not be eligible for payment under this item due to delays in delivery of material or if contractor mobilizes away from site at his own accord. ITEM 2 - ELECTRICAL & GENERAL DEMOLITION WORK For all electrical & general site and building demolition work at Plant No. 7, as shown and specified in the contract documents. ITEM 3 - REMOVAL & ON-SITE RELOCATION OF EXISTING GENERATORS Careful and selective disconnection of existing generators, including associated equipment and accessories, in their entirety. Existing generators shall be preserved in its existing condition to allow for relocation and re-purposing.
