WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. Work of this Contract comprises the Make Ready Work for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, Power Distribution and Electrical Utility service. The Project is located at: PBOT Maintenance Operations Office – Stanton Yard 2835 N Kerby Ave. Portland, OR 97227 B. Contractor to comply with 00 72 00 – General Conditions, and 00 73 00 –Supplemental Conditions. C. Permits 1. Prepare materials for, submit, obtain, and pay fees for all permits required for the Work that have not been obtained by the Owner. 2. The following permits will be obtained by Owner and will be transferred prior to the Preconstruction Conference. • PBOT Street-Opening Permit • Urban Forestry CIP Permit – see attached permit documents at end of this section • Zoning Permit(s) 1.02 WORK SEQUENCE B. To accommodate Owner's use of Project Site during construction perform Work in stages as follows: 1. Contractor to comply with Section 01 31 13 – Project Coordination. 2. Contractor to complete work in 5 Phases to minimize disruption to the site: • Phase 1: Work shown on pages C1.0, E1.1 • Phase 2: Work shown on pages C.3.0, C.40, E1.3, E1.4 • Phase 3: Work shown on pages C2.0 and E1.2 as depicted in clouded area below 1.03 OWNER'S USE OF PROJECT SITE A. Owner will occupy Project Site during construction period for the conduct of Owner's normal operations. B. Cooperate with Owner during construction operations to minimize conflicts and to facilitate Owner's use of facilities. C. Maintain Code-required Emergency Exit ways from within existing buildings at all times. D. Contractor shall limit use of the Project Site for work and storage to allow for: 1. Owner's occupancy E. If and where necessary and when directed, move any stored Products, Equipment, or Vehicles which are under Contractor's control, and which interfere with operations of Owner F. Contractor shall conduct operations as to insure the least reasonable inconvenience to the General Public
