The purpose of this RFP is to select a vendor to deliver a leadership program that will: • Develop emerging leaders to equip them with leadership knowledge and skills. • Strengthen executive leaders’ alignment, cohesion, and strategic execution. • Provide executive‐level coaching to emergent and senior leaders to enhance their strategic leadership, change management, organizational culture, and succession planning. • Align the program with Clark College’s mission, strategic goals, institutional values, and leadership expectations. Scope of Work The Vendor shall at a minimum: • Perform a needs assessment. • Design of a program framework for two tracks, emerging and senior leaders; and an executive‐coaching component. • Design program assessment tools. • Develop a sustainability/hand-off plan
