1. SCOPEOF WORK: The Contractor shall perform quarterly preventive maintenance and inspections in accordance with manufacturer recommendations and MARTA requirements. Each visit shall include inspection, cleaning, adjustments, lubrication, testing, and reporting of findings. A. General Equipment Inspections: ▪ Perform all manufacturer required maintenance ▪ Inspect for overallsafety, wear, or damage. ▪ Verify all electrical connections are secure. ▪ Inspect belts, chains, pulleys, bearings, and bushings for wear. ▪ Confirm all safety features are operational ▪ Provide inspection report after each visit with recommendations. B. Treadmills ▪ Vacuum motor compartment. ▪ Check and adjust belts,suspension, bushings, and hardware. ▪ Lubricate running deck and belt. ▪ Inspect wearitems, test for properfunction. C. Ellipticals ▪ Clean drive housing; check bushings/bearings. ▪ Lubricate pivot points. ▪ Inspect wearitems, test function. D. Bikes ▪ Inspect and adjust belts/chains. ▪ Lubricate chain and joints. ▪ Check bushings/bearings. ▪ Test functionality. E. Steppers / Climb mills ▪ Clean housings. ▪ Adjuststeps, chains, belts. ▪ Inspect wearitems. ▪ Test function.
