1) Replacement of the six (6) existing pumps with six (6) new dry-pit submersible type pumps 2) Demolition of the existing chemical feed tank, system, and pumps and installation of a new chemical feed tank, system, and pumps. 3) Demolition of the existing seal water system. 4) Rehabilitation of the existing diversion structure. 5) New electrical equipment (including variable frequency drives, control panels, switchboard, motor control centers, etc.) associated with the proposed installation 6) Installation of an Owner-furnished programmable logic controller (PLC). 7) Demolition and expansion into the footprint of the existing chemical room to house additional electrical equipment. Miscellaneous structural, architectural, and other modifications to accommodate the listed improvements. 8) New flow monitoring in a gravity sewer structure downstream of the existing diversion structure. 9) New emergency back-up generator to replace the existing generator. 10) HVAC and ventilation improvements to accommodate the proposed installation. 11) Instrumentation and control system updates to accommodate the proposed installation. 12) Replacement and rehabilitation of existing process piping. 13) Structural improvements and replacement of the existing overhead coiling door. 14) Structural improvements to allow the existing bridge crane to function at rated capacity. 15) Replacement of existing slide gates, grating, and grinder units within the approach channels to the wet-well. Includes structural and process changes to allow better access to actuators and maintenance for these units. 16) Replacement of existing hatches in multiple locations including addition of new rigid fall protection systems for these proposed hatches. 17) Fence and gate relocations and improvements. 18) Repaving of existing site with slope improvements for drainage. 19) Gutter system improvements. 20) Replacement of existing sump pumps in lower pump room. 21) Passive odor control improvements at the existing diversion box structure. 22) Bypass pumping of the existing facility.
