The required services to be provided is the installation of four (4) Variable Refrigerant Flows (VRF) units for Bldgs. and 671 at the San Antonio State Supported Living Center. The Contractor shall complete installations as follows: a) Four (4) VFR indoor units, two (2) per building. Preferably Samsung VFR units, or an equivalent unit of the same quality which must be approved by the San Antonio SSLC facility. b) Two (2) VFR Outdoor unit heat pumps, one (1) per building. c) Two (2) wire controllers, one (1) per building. d) Two (2) lockbox for thermostat, one (1) per building. e) Four (4) condensate pumps, two (2) per building. f) One (1) electrical panel with breaker, to be installed outside of Bldg. 680. g) The Contractor shall install four (4) total concrete pads for the outdoor condensing units, two (2) in each building. The concrete pads shall be 6’x6’x6” in size. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation required to perform all services. The Contractor shall be responsible for taking field measurements prior to starting work.
