The Provider shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment as may be necessary to complete and provide landscape maintenance services for the St. Tammany Parish Justice Center Complex (JC) and the St. Tammany Parish Tyler Street Complex at the following locations: St. Tammany Parish Justice Center Complex 701 N. Columbia St., Covington, La 70433; St. Tammany Parish Justice Center Parking Garage 601 N. Jefferson Ave., Covington, La 70433; and St. Tammany Parish Tyler Street Complex 620 N. Tyler Street, Covington, La 70433. Each task shall be performed, as stated, per the work schedule, scope of work, specifications, responsibilities, safety requirements, and special conditions without prodding or reminders by the Parish. The Provider will be responsible via a communication system set in place by the St. Tammany Parish Department of Facilities Management to confirm that each and every cut or visit has been completed. This will be done by an email sent to the Facilities Management Department personnel that is responsible for overseeing the contract. The invoices will be paid depending on this process as well. At any time fertilizers, herbicides, or any other chemicals are to be used, the Provider must provide the Parish with copies of the appropriate license stating they are qualified to apply such chemicals. The Department of Facilities Management must be notified in advance whenever any of the above activities occur at any of these locations.
