The contractor will supply labor and materials to perform services for repair and maintenance of electrical systems at existing municipal and school buildings. Work will be on an “on call” basis when conditions warrant these services and could require working on emergency situations. For the purpose of this work, the Town’s representative shall be the Town Manager or his/her designee. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and vehicles as required for work in accordance with this scope of services. All authorized work will be performed by a Massachusetts licensed electrician. Electrical work shall be done during normal business hours to the extent possible. Work during other times may be authorized by the Town at the emergency hourly rate. Regular service calls shall be serviced within eight (8) business hours and emergency calls serviced within one (1) hour.
