Specific tasks shall include, but not be limited to: • Work within a project schedule for design and procurement that will allow for the Land Bank to achieve the required relocations prior to June 15, 2026, in order to be in compliance with the “Town of Nantucket Over the Road Permit” which prohibits moves from June 15-September of any given year. The related reconstruction, retrofitting, reconnections of the relocated structures are to be completed with a deadline August 28, 2026. • The required design should include the following focus areas: o Coordinate the requirements of the separation and building move off site, including any demolition of remainder structure (Building 5 on EXHIBIT F). o Assist in the effort to procure building moving contractor services. o Assist in the effort to procure general contractor services for setting and placing moved buildings on their new sites following the design/program established by the Land Bank. Location of building site for two units determined – 159 Hummock Pond Road (Land Bank property) Proposed location of building site(s) for three units – not yet finalized. The goal is to select one additional site for these three units. o Produce a design that will be approved by the Nantucket Historic District Commission and other site permitting requirements o Include all required services including site / civil evaluation of proposed sites including: Geotechnical, Septic and Site Testing Services. Include all design required for site utilities and topographic survey services. o Include architecture / structural / mechanical / plumbing design and engineering improvements for two buildings to be relocated to Land Bank property at 159 Hummock Pond Road. o Include other items typically required for implementing a project of this scope on Nantucket Island.
