Prices are to be bid FOB Sabine Parish, with mounting and balancing (if applicable) included. Brand name of tires must be specified in the bids-substitutions will not be accepted. We reserve the right to purchase tires from other sources at state contract prices. Bidder should state if any of the tires being bid are included on a state contract. The Police Jury also reserves the right to reject the bids for any tire brand which the Jury has found to be less than a premium quality tire. This can be determined by history or by consulting with other industrial tire users in the area. Therefore, price alone may not be the determining factor.
