The City is soliciting proposals for On Demand Contractor Services to assist in the expeditious nature of performing installation and/or repairs and replacements of utility lines that include but are not limited to water lines, sanitary sewer lines and stormwater lines. The City’s interest is to secure a contractor that has the ability to perform on demand services and has a willingness to provide an innovative means of deferring immediate costs of supplies through financing or otherwise. The City’s enterprise businesses are in need of extensive rehabilitative work that may involve point repairs or an entire replacement or installation. The project(s) are located throughout the City at various locations within the City of Jasper’s service delivery area. The City may not have commissioned engineering work on some proposed scope of work as the need for on demand contractor services are predominately for point repairs or replacements throughout the system. However, the successful respondent will be expected to provide a proposed scope of work to remedy the deficiencies as identified throughout the life of the contract and is understandable of the need for some engineering work on some work and when required through federal or state statues, formal bidding may be required
