1. The vendor will utilize recognized industry standards to professionally clean interior and exterior windows and follow all Federal, State and OSHA Regulations while performing this work on NBC Buildings. 2. The vendor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, safety equipment and supplies to properly accomplish the full window cleaning service for buildings specified herein. 3. Services will be performed by the vendor during regular hours of operation in the various buildings. 4. The vendor is to coordinate all work with the NBC Facilities' Site Contact Representative for the building window's being cleaned. The NBC Site Representative must sign a service ticket to authenticate that the service was performed for each building. A copy of this signed ticket must be included with each monthly invoice.
