i. Maintain a liaison with the designated Board staff throughout the above delivery process, keeping the Board informed of the status of the project as well as any issues that may affect Contractor’ performance; ii. Monitor and supervise ongoing deliveries and possess the capability to reroute trucks and reschedule deliveries as needed, except in certain extreme circumstances if the Board’s personnel is not able to provide advance approval; iii. Dispatch deliveries in a timely fashion as required by the Contract and as requested by the Board; iv. Ensure that each of its subcontractors under this contract, if any, satisfactorily fulfill the foregoing responsibilities required of Contractor; v.
