1.1. Wet slip spaces shall meet or exceed the following: A. One (1) floating dock with a minimum of 1,045 square feet of space to accommodate a fifty-five (55) foot long by nineteen (19) foot wide vessel. B. One (1) floating dock with a minimum of 455 square feet of space to accommodate a thirty-five (35) foot long by thirteen (13) foot wide vessel. C. Minimum of fifteen (15) foot rise at each slip to accommodate storm surge. D. Full length finger piers of adequate strength for securing vessels. 1) Preferred: finger piers on both sides of vessels 2) Minimum requirement: one (1) tie-off piling with adequate distance for a mooring line to rise with tide and storm surge at distant end of piers, if finger pier is only available on one side of vessel. E. Heavy duty mooring cleats located at base, middle, and end of both sides of each slip. F. Provides no less than six (6) feet of water at low tide. G. Spigot with potable water service for each slip. H. Minimum of one (1) shore power outlet with minimum 50-amps, 125/250-volts at each slip. I. Close proximity to parking lot for loading and unloading equipment.
