SCDE requires a Portal that supports key functions, including the ability for information to be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet. While the specific design and structure of the Portal have not been finalized, vendors are asked to describe their proposed approach to Portal development, including user interface, adaptability, and alignment with the State’s functional needs. If a contract is awarded, the SCDE requires the vendor to maintain and update the Portal for the duration of the agreement.
