Provide on-call / Emergency HVAC services as needed on the various heating, cooling systems and components throughout the Western Region of Nevada State Parks. Servicing, Lahontan State Recreation Area, located in Fallon and Silver Springs NV. Fort Churchill State Historic Park, located in Silver Springs and Weeks NV. and Walker River Recreation Area (Pitchfork, Rafter 7 and The Flying M ranches) located in Yerington NV. Systems to be serviced but are not limited to: Packaged units /rooftop HVAC, Split Systems (heat pumps, condensers/evaporators). Boilers and hydronic heating systems, furnaces, ventilation systems including ductwork, exhaust fans. Refrigeration circuits, e.g., walk in coolers etc. Performance and Quality Standards: All work must comply with local/state building codes , OSHA regulations and environmental requirements (e.g., handling of refrigerants, disposal of waste). Contractors must adhere to best practices for safety at each park location considering wildlife, environmental and park operations.
