This includes complete accessories for the Charles D. Lamb Energy center, but not limited to the following major equipment and auxiliaries: a. Complete combustion turbine (CT) with air-cooled generator, cooling systems, starting system, excitation system, enclosure, monitoring systems, and turbine control system (TCS). b. Electrical equipment including but not limited to generator circuit breaker, motor control centers, panelboards, transformers, UPS, DC batteries, etc. c. Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) with CO catalyst (NOx and CO post combustion controls), including ammonia injecting system, tempering air fans, CO catalyst and NOx catalyst, CO and NOx catalyst differential pressure and temperature instrumentation. Optional Scope of Work a. Option 1 – Fuel Oil System a1. The Seller is required to provide option pricing for fuel oil firing (dual fuel) system. Please refer to Section 481129 for the scope of work regarding this option. 103.4 In addition, the work shall include but not be limited to the following: a. Engineering services required to perform the Work. b. Furnishing all special erection and installation equipment and tools including any calibrated instruments required for monitoring and testing. c. Furnishing the services of qualified personnel at the project site to perform field services, such as inspection, welding, and testing.
